Originally from England, Chef Mark Woodham has over 35 years of experience travelling the world as a diplomat and developing a passion for global flavors. Since settling in Michigan, he has worked with some of the most respected names in the local restaurant scene.
With long standing connections to the Nordic Region, Mark creates exquisite dishes whilst embracing the principles of the Nordic Food Manifesto by using high quality, local produce that reflects the changing seasons.
A state certified wild mushroom expert, with qualifications in food science and fermentation from Harvard, Mark is eager to share his flavorful cooking with individuals and families in both the Ann Arbor area and Western Michigan.
